The PROM QUEEN top no wipe rose is a topcoat without sticky layer that contains beautiful holographic flakes . This way you get a super nice effect without having to do much effort! This product is 2-in-1!

The flakes shine as different colors: pink, orange, yellow & green. That shine depends on the color that is under the top coat, the light that works on it and the perspective in which you look at the nails.
