Can I order abroad? + -

Yes, that is certainly possible! We deliver to all of Europe. In the checkout you will see the correct price depending on your region. Is your country not listed? Then please contact us, we will gladly look into what the cheapest shipping option is.

Can I return my products? + -

Are you unsure whether the product suits you? No problem, you have 60 days to return your order. We will provide you with a label so you can easily return your order. For the return costs, only €5 will be deducted from your order value. A return is not possible if the products have been used or if the sealed foil has been removed.

Can I track my order after I have paid? + -

As soon as we have packed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will immediately send you an email with an extensive delivery update. In this email you will find a handy track and trace link with which you can follow the status of your order at any time.

We ship our packages with DPD or Bpost. Do you order for €75 or more (incl. VAT)? Then we ship your package for free. For orders under €75 we charge €5.50 shipping costs within the Benelux. Do you live outside the Benelux? Then the shipping costs can vary depending on your location.
