The PROM QUEEN top no wipe confetti is a topcoat without sticky layer that contains beautiful holographic flakes . This way you get a super nice effect without having to do much effort! This product is 2-in-1!

The flakes shine like all the different colors of the rainbow. That shine depends on the color that is under the top coat, the light that works on it and the perspective in which you look at the nails.
