Product information

Sanding band mandrels are designed for manicure treatments as well as for foot care or therapeutic pedicures. They can be used to treat an extended nail plate, for example, to shorten, file, and smooth gel or acrylic mass. Depending on the grit, they are also perfect for levelling the natural nail plate and removing cuticles. In addition, they are ideal for removing calluses, corns, and for the care of the metatarsus and toes.

The sanding bands are attached to special mandrels that are placed in the handpiece of the milling machine. These sanding band mandrels are made of the highest quality materials, ensuring ergonomic and safe use. The mandrel itself is made of soft carbon steel, which guarantees stability and good adhesion of the sanding band.

The mandrel is suitable for attaching sanding bands with a diameter of 7 mm. The diameter of the spindle that is placed in the holder of the milling machine is 2.34 mm – the standard size on the EU market. The mandrel fits all milling machines available on the Polish market.

The mandrel can be disinfected and even sterilised in an autoclave, provided the correct program suitable for temperature-sensitive parts is used. Please note: always place the sanding band on the mandrel first before attaching it to the milling machine.

  • Store gel polish, bases, and tops in a cool, dark place (10°C - 25°C). These products are extremely photosensitive; never expose them to direct sunlight and never place opened bottles near an active UV/LED lamp. Wipe the neck of each bottle with a lint-free wipe after use to ensure an airtight seal and prevent the product from prematurely curing.
