With our loyalty program, we reward your commitment with benefits you can truly use. Collect points with every purchase and action, and exchange them for discounts or free products. This makes shopping at Nailskillz even more fun and affordable! Discover how you can earn points, what you can redeem them for, and finally, how you can redeem them.
You can only redeem one reward per order.

How can I redeem my points?
Step 1: Open the savings program
Click on the gift icon at the bottom left of your screen. Go to 'How to spend points' in the menu. Here you can immediately see which rewards you can already claim and for which prizes you still need to save up a bit more.
Step 2: Check the stock
Do you have a product in mind? Please add this product to your shopping cart manually first. Please note: By adding the product to your cart first, you ensure that it is in stock. This prevents points from being deducted for an item that is not immediately available at that moment.
Step 3: Redeem your points
In the pop-up window (under 'How to spend points'), navigate to the desired product and click 'Redeem'. A unique personal discount code will now appear on your screen.
Step 4: Claim your gift
Copy the code and paste it into the 'Discount code' field during checkout. You will see that the product amount is immediately adjusted to €0!

Questions about our loyalty program
To view your points balance, you must first log in to your account.
Once you are logged in, you will see a gift icon in the bottom left of your screen. Click on this to open the rewards program. In this window, you will immediately see:
- Your current points balance
- How you can earn extra points
- Which rewards (free products or vouchers) you can claim
No, unfortunately not. Our webshop supports a maximum of 1 discount code per order. This means you can only claim 1 reward per purchase.
Important tip: Do not redeem all your points at once! As soon as you exchange your points for a reward, the discount code received is valid for 30 days. Therefore, only redeem your points when you are ready to place an order.
Your points will not remain valid forever. However, their validity is automatically extended by 1 year after every order. As long as you place at least one order per year, your points will simply be retained!
Please note when redeeming:
- As soon as you redeem points for a reward, the generated discount code is valid for 30 days.
- Therefore, only redeem your points when you are actually going to place an order.
- Before redeeming, always check whether the desired product is in stock.
That depends on how you used or earned the points with that order:
- Points earned with the purchase: If you return products, the points you received for those specific items will be automatically deducted from your point balance again.
- Points redeemed for a reward/gift: Did you redeem points for a discount or a free product and are you returning the entire order? Then we will neatly credit those redeemed points back to your balance!
Don't worry, in that case simply contact us! We can manually reverse the redemption and will be happy to add the points back to your account.
Please note: Once we add the points back to your account, the generated discount code will expire. It must no longer be used thereafter. If the code is used for an order anyway, the points will be deducted from your balance regardless.
